This three bedroom two bathroom villa is located in the popular Sunset Crest area of Holetown, it makes for a comfortable family holiday in Barbados.
A quick 5 minute walk away to the supermarket, major shops, banks, tennis courts, dive shop, Sunset Crest Property Owners pool facilities, beach, post office and doctor's office.
Numerous restaurants ranging from the casual beach bars to the more sophisticated dining establishments are also located in this area.
This villa is ideal for family or friends. All bedrooms are air conditioned - electricity is charged extra and runs approx USD35 - USD75 per week depending on the a/c usage. The living area also has two a/c units. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, microwave, 2 door fridge with ice maker and filtered water dispenser. There is a full range of cooking utensils including coffee perculators.
There is basic cleaning service twice a week when towels and linens are changed (beach towels are not provided). Washer and dryer are available for guest use (laundry powder etc not provided).  We can also prearrange a variety of services such as airport transfers, restaurant reservations, sightseeing and sailing excursions, etc.
A new plunge pool has been constructed to the front patio and is just perfect for cooling off after soaking up the rays in the garden area.
