A spacious four bedroom, four bathroom courtyard villa on the prestigious Sandy Lane Estate which backs on to the Sandy Lane Golf Course, ensuring privacy and tranquility. All bedrooms are air conditioned and ensuite and the master bathroom has a shower and a separate large whirlpool bath. The rooms are tastefully furnished and have ample cupboard space and all have personal safes, air conditioners and ceiling fans.

The living and TV area has a sectional rattan sofa, ceiling fan, large TV with music, DVD and cable entertainment centre. From here large wooden doors lead out to a spacious courtyard with a soothing waterfall. On the opposite side ttwo sets of wooden double doors lead to the lower deck patio with a unique piano shaped dining table with seating for 8 persons. The lower patio also has a bar with 4 bar stools, mini fridge and the patio leads out to the fresh water swimming pool and spacious sun deck.  Here 8 eight teak loungers are scattered about and there is also a large teak dining table for 6. Leading from the pool area is a very large roof top gazebo with stunning views of the west coast and comes complete with bar, BBQ and Jacuzzi - perfect for an evening cocktail while the sun is setting. The renovated kitchen has a two door refrigerator with ice maker, gas stove, double electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender and coffee maker. Amenities also include fax, direct dial phone, cable TV, large screen TV with VCR and DVD, CD/DVD music station, hair dryers in all rooms, room safes and international plug adaptors. Beach access is just a couple of minutes away at Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Club.  Here in the gated area the beach club provides the beach chairs and umbrellas.  There is also a mini bar serving non-alcoholic beverages and an assortment of packaged snack items. 

Staff includes maid, laundress and gardener. A cook can be arranged at an extra charge and for a minimum of one week for 2 - 3 meals per day.

The rate includes transfer from the airport for up to 8 persons (one transfer).
