Located on the stunning Payne’s Bay beach, Mahogany Pod has direct access to the sandy shore where you can soak up the rays and have a swim at your leisure. Located within walking distance to the new fine dining restaurants in the area; Quatro Passi, QP Bistro and Positano. Or if you’re looking for something a little more casual De Clay Oven is just on the opposite side of the road! where you can enjoy pizza, drinks and a great atmosphere.

The master bedroom sits on the penthouse level with a sitting area fitted with a large TV. On the private terrace you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of rosé before heading out for dinner. The master bedroom has a large ensuite with little touches to make your stay just that much more like a holiday home.

The second and third bedrooms both have twin beds with private terraces where you can enjoy a book while listening to waves reach the shore. Both bedrooms are ensuite giving you the privacy you want while on holiday.

The full size kitchen is there for you to utilise during your stay as sometimes we know you would rather dine-in. We offer a shopping services at an additional cost so that you can have the kitchen stocked to your liking on arrival. There are also private chefs that can come and prepare top rated dishes using local produce, just get in touch to learn more.

The living and dining area are located just off the kitchen and the villa is air conditioned and has complementary wifi throughout. On your own private terrace you’ll find a covered seating area, dining table and a plunge pool with loungers to enjoy. Mahogany Pod is designed to feel like a home away from home and not just a vacation rental. Perfect for a family style holiday.

Mahogany Pod is a non smoking property. Your stay will also include a housekeeper 3 days per week and a night watchman at the gate of the main property from 6pm-6am for your peace of mind. Please note there is a deposit of $1000USD on renting this villa. Rates are subject to 11.5% government levy and service fee

FANTASTIC VACATION

RIGHT ON THE BEACH

The property is very well finished and has everything you could need, including weekday visits from Tamika who was just so lovely and kept the place looking immaculate. The house is located right on the beach, which was a fantastic scene to wake up to every day. Easy to get to many other destinations (we rented a car but taxis also very straightforward). We had the best time and would absolutely recommend this place!

BRILLIANT HOLIDAY

We have just arrived home from a wonderful 2 week break at Mahogany Pod. The house is absolutely beautiful. It is spotlessly clean and stylishly furnished. The house has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Paulette the lady who came in 5 days a week was lovely and ensured that the house was spick and span for us. Emilee the house manager was very efficient and she was always on hand to deal with any queries. A word out also to Carlos the gardener who keeps the gardens looking so wonderful. Just a few steps across the perfectly manicured gardens and you are on a stunning beach, you can swim, snorkel, pick up boat rides or arrange any motorised or non motorised sports you could wish for. Our favourite thing to do each evening was to sit on the beach with a rum punch in hand, in a deck chair watching the sun go down whilst our boys made sandcastles. Bliss. We even saw turtles swimming off of the beach! There is parking at the property and we hired a jeep to travel the island. There are restaurants/ bars in the area, you can walk to some or others are a short drive or bus ride. We took advantage of the barbecue and ate in most nights. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this house to anyone and hope that we can return again. Thank you all for such a brilliant holiday.
