Top Deck will be coming onto our rental portfolio from October 2019.  This apartment is on par of GB302 Always Summer which is the 3rd floor apartment.  Access to top deck is via two flights of stairs from the elevator which goes to the 3rd floor.  While having a slightly smaller living space it has amazing ocean views from the balconies.  This apartment sleeps 2 on the existing bedding.  Note that the photos do not reflect the decor that will be in place in October as some of the owner's furnishings and decor will be replaced (with similar high end pieces).  It will be similar in style to Always Summer.

The modern sleek space has a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo.  This leads out to the living area with comfortable seating and flat screen TV.  Kitchen and living area fully air-conditioned.  Large bi-fold doors lead out to the balcony with alfresco seating and of course the amazing view!.  There is a powder room off the living area.

The ensuite bedroom has a king bed and dresser and the bathroom is modern with double sink vanity and rain shower head for the glass enclosed shower.  Even the bathroom has an ocean view (Fairmont side)

Bi-fold doors lead from the bedroom to the alfresco dining area - perfect for that romantic dinner!

Please note no infants or toddlers are permitted at any time.

This apartment is completely NON-SMOKING including the balcony areas.
