Palm Grove 14, affectionately known as “Dragonfly,” is a charming and well-loved villa located within the prestigious Royal Westmoreland Estate.  This inviting family home is the perfect choice for a relaxed and memorable stay in Barbados, surrounded by generous and beautifully landscaped gardens, enjoying breath-taking views across the 11th fairway of the golf course.

From the trellised entrance, you step into a cool and tranquil living space, designed on one level, featuring high ceilings and traditional colonial furnishings in the living and dining areas, which create an atmosphere of timeless Caribbean elegance. The spacious, modern kitchen is ideal for preparing meals to enjoy in a variety of al fresco dining spaces — or have us arrange a local cook to come and prepare authentic Bajan favourites.

A unique highlight of the villa is the spacious bar and games room overlooking the pool, with toilet and shower facilities. This is a fun and versatile space perfect for cocktail mixology, friendly games of darts or table tennis, or just relaxing while sipping sundowners before dinner.

Outdoors, the villa boasts a large, freshwater swimming pool with an expansive open deck, offering ample space for everyone to unwind. Sun loungers and outdoor sofas provide the perfect setting for soaking up the sunshine, whilst the covered verandas also offer ample seating for relaxing in the shade. For families with young children, a pool safety fence can be installed upon request, for added peace of mind. At night, the seating areas take on a relaxing ambience when the garden and pool lighting is switched on.

Although the villa features four bedrooms, the owner’s suite is not available for guest use, leaving three spacious and comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuites, positioned on either side of the home.

Bedroom 1 is a beautiful, double aspect bedroom with a king-size bed, and en-suite shower room, opening directly onto the pool deck and veranda.

Bedroom 2 is on the same side of the house, with a queen size bed and ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 3, on the opposite side of the house, has a king size bed which can be converted into twin beds, if required. This ensuite has a combined bath and shower.

There is also a separate guest powder room, for your convenience.

A baby’s cot and highchair are available, on request.

The owner’s Full Membership at Royal Westmoreland allows guests, with the appropriate guest resort cards*, to enjoy a wide range of resort facilities, including:

  • The Sanctuary with a large communal swimming pool, children’s pool and gym
  • The Clubhouse for drinks and daytime dining
  • The Rum Shack for evening drinks, dining and live music on certain nights
  • Tennis, padel and pickleball courts (bookable through the pro shop)
  • Sunnd Studio & Spa at Mullins Beach offering a variety of classes and treatments (direct booking - charges apply)
  • Golf is available at a discounted rate with access to favourable booking times, The guest resort pass enables bookings for pay-to-play tee times to be made up to 7 days in advance and enables guests to make use of the driving range.
  • Guests also enjoy exclusive beach access at Mullins Beach, where beach loungers, umbrellas, and towels are provided daily, along with access to the members-only beach deck for dining. The popular Larry Rogers Restaurant is located here, and advance reservations are highly recommended. There is a complementary shuttle to and from Mullins for guest resort cardholders.

The villa has its own golf buggy, which guests can use around the resort, which is ideal for getting to the any of the facilities on the estate.

*Estate Amenity Fee – Effective May 1, 2026

Starting May 1, 2026, Royal Westmoreland will introduce a weekly amenity fee of BBD300 (US$150) per villa per week or part thereof, for guests staying on the estate who wish to use the facilities. This fee is payable directly to Royal Westmoreland upon collection of resort passes and must be done on the first day.

Guests who choose not to use any of the resort facilities (including the beach club) may opt out of the fee. Please note, however, that partial or selective day access is not available. The amenity fee must be paid in full for the duration of your stay to enjoy access to the above facilities.

  • There are 3 steps down from the driveway to the front door - not wheelchair accessible.
  • Use of the golf buggy is at your own risk
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property
  • Pets are not permitted
  • Onsite parties or group events are not permitted
