BHTA Golf Day at Apes Hill

The Barbados Hotel and Tourism Association hosted a golf fund raising event at the prestigious Apes Hill Golf Club on Friday 20th November 2015.  The event was in aid of scholorships for five Barbadians in the tourism industry to pursue higher studies.  The event attracted 19 teams from the local BHTA member community and Barbados Villa Services proudly sponsored a team consisting of Geoff Moss, Joe Troulan, Mike King and Phil Thomas.  While the prizes eluded the team by a couple of points it was a day filled with good fun and great sportsmanship.  The BHTA combined the event with a members mingle and the lovely canapes and cold drinks were appreciated by all.  Sir Charles updated us on the progress of the new clubhouse and by this time next year the event shuld be held in the brand new facility.  Thanks to the BHTA and Apes Hill for a well organised golf event.  Apes Hill is truly spectacular and the grounds and the views are just stunning!
